Redirect your life. Follow your heart and don’t be afraid anymore. You know what is right for you so stop wasting time on the things that are dragging you down. In recent years for me it’s been all about reconnecting with myself and nature. Being outside with the sun beating down on my face and my toes in the dirt has made me feel somewhat whole again. I’m sick of buying into this whole virtual fantasy being passed off as our new reality. For the most part I don’t see it bringing anything but sorrow, sickness, and pain. I want to be a better person for my own sanity, my family, and the little part of the world I’m in. We need to take care of ourselves first in order to be of service for those around us so stop procrastinating and start living.
