lyrics
Chump ass suckers always coming up to me talking about “Yo E! I’m gonna do this” and “I’m gonna do that” when they damn well know it’s all just a bunch of hot air. Don’t tell your tales to me because I don’t want to hear it again. You know you’re spitting false claims. You’re lying to my face. How can you believe in yourself? Admit it, you’re lying again. Time bandits all around. Tick tock, the clock don’t stop spinning round & round. Oh man, here comes another one talking about all the crazy things they’ve done and all the cool people they know thinking that’s somehow gonna impress me… Sorry son. Don’t push your problems on me. Don’t drag me down to your size. Don’t force your bullshit on my back because I ain’t listening anymore. How can you believe in yourself? Admit it, you’re lying again. Time bandits all around. Tick tock, the clock don’t stop spinning round & round.
Pain of Truth opened for TERROR in Detroit and I was completely won over by that performance. Amazing live band and this album will make you want more and more of them. Cthulhu138
Now W.A.R is a pretty solid album. These guys actually got the right direction. It's groovy, it's heavy, it has slower and moshing parts. It's everything I asked for and missed on the debut album. Moreover I dig the lyrics, focused on discipline and strength. Imho it really gets the essence of modern hardcore: simple, yet catchy, heavy riffs. Shweyksin!
Northeast straight-edge hardcore taken to the cathartic, infectious extreme; a fiery EP fueled by spite, spirit, and sick riffs. Bandcamp New & Notable May 24, 2023
